1. Scope of Services

Inspirits Arts (hereafter "we") is a small business that creates handmade art primarily out of glass. This may include suncatchers, wall hangings, candle holders, jewellery boxes, and more. We also offer custom commissions and may create a new design for you.

The time required to create an art piece depends on the size and complexity of the design. We will endeavour to be up front and clear on the timelines associated with the creation and delivery of the art.

2. Payment Terms

We process payments through credit cards and Paypal through Shopify. Payments must be provided up front before shipping. Applicable taxes will be calculated for Canadian residents.

3. Intellectual Property

We create custom designs that are available for purchase through our website. These designs are the intellectual property of Inspiris Arts. If you would like to use our patterns for personal or commercial use, we ask that you please purchase a copy of the pattern.

5. Liability

We offer options for liability protection on shipping and delivery. However, we are not liable for damages that occur to your art piece after it arrives in your home. The art pieces are made of glass and are easily breakable, so please refrain from allowing children and pets to access it. It is recommended that for hanging items they are placed high enough and out of the way of any highly trafficked areas. For table top items, consider placing them on a cabinet or stand away from everyday activity.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted within 12 hours of your order. 

5. Customer Conduct

We always strive for respectful communication and cooperation with our customers. It is a core part of our mission to create a positive and safe online environment. We ask that you please communicate with our team and others on the site in a respectful manner. Hate speech, harassment, spam, impersonation, and illegal activities will not be tolerated and may result in consequences appropriate to the severity of the violation.

6. Amendments

This Terms of Service policy may be amended as needed to reflect changes in the business and relevant regulations.
